Protein Energy Power Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup honey (use local if you can!)

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp flax seeds

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 cup  protein powder

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

  • (Optional) 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, stir together ingredients until smooth.

  2. Mix in rolled oats until evenly combined.

  3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.

  4. Scoop and roll into bite-size balls.

  5. Chill for 20 minutes or until firm.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

  • For firmer balls, freeze for 10 minutes before serving.

  • Substitute almond butter for peanut butter if preferred.
